In addition to analyzing the case, the intention of these assignments is to practice clear and concise executive briefing communication. As a result, this is highly structured and you are asked to be very concise and to the point in your responses. Write these cases with the idea that you are writing a briefing for a CEO to consider.
These should each be submitted as a five section document for each case. For this course, please submit five bullet points per section (do not write narrative for these case studies; only write in bullet points) and do not deviate from this format:
Section 1 Introduction to the Organization o What does this organization do? Who are its key leaders? Etc.
Section 2 Leadership Problems/Issues Facing the Organization
Section 3 Recommendations
Section 4 Metrics or indicators of Success (may be quantitative or qualitative) o What measure will you use to determine if the recommendations youve proposed address the problems youve identified (for example:Staff turnover rate is reduced�)
Section 5 Anticipated Outcomes The following will be used to evaluate your submissions:
