This  discussion assignment requires you to critically analyze the provided  peer-reviewed scholarly journal article provided in this weeks reading.  After reviewing the assigned peer-reviewed scholarly journal article,  you will construct the following components. Post your write-up to the  discussion and then compare and contrast your work with your class  members. 

Develop Problem Statement().

Identify Sample (i.e. Potential participants that can speak to the problem).
