Scratch Interactive Presentation
You will create an interactive presentation using Scratch. The focus of the presentation will be to teach standard (p. 28):
NY-1.OA.6a: Add and subtract within 20. Use strategies such as:
– counting on;
– making ten;
– decomposing a number leading to a ten;
– using the relationship between addition and subtraction; and
– creating equivalent but easier or known sums.
You will choose ONE strategy to teach using the interactive presentation as a tool for your lesson. Please refer to the rubric for all criteria that must be included in your presentation.
